The BoD of Cooperativa Cooperform AZB elaborates and defines the Quality Policy that directs the organisation from a medium-long term strategic point of view. It is usually reviewed with a renewal of offices, or in conjunction with significant changes and assessed for its congruence during the Annual Management Review.
This policy is disseminated within the organisation and transmitted through appropriate communications and specific meetings. For the AZB Cooperform, based on the mission guidelines that have led us up to now, it has defined the following points as the Quality Policy:

» Satisfaction of external stakeholders through constant integration with the territory to favour linguistic integration paths that promote integration into the community of the Alto Adige territory aimed at maintaining a high degree of satisfaction of the students/customers and families (students/families, Autonomous Province of Bolzano, Companies, Members, Partners, Suppliers).
» Improvement of image and reputation on the market: improve the internal organization, increase the number of customers, expand the portfolio of training courses even outside the city of Bolzano with differentiated targets for both students (eg. migrants) and the languages offered if required.
» Compliance with the legislation on safety in the workplace and the relevant mandatory regulations.
» Full application of the Deming cycle: I plan – I do – I measure – I improve in all the processes of the organisation with strong attention and care to the quality of the services provided to fully satisfy what is requested and subject to the contract/agreement with the customer.
» Constant supervision and attention to the People working within the organisation, whether they are employees, partners or the teaching staff who are in any case an integral part of AZB. This is also achieved through training of employees and teachers and their updating.

As stated above, quality certification for AZB Cooperform is intended as an opportunity to make the processes that take place within the Cooperative and the related responsibilities increasingly clear and legible, so that everyone can contribute to the successful implementation of the services provided to direct client trainee and paying/financing agencies.
Specifically, the aims of the cooperative’s Quality Management System are:
» to strengthen and consolidate the ability to read the needs of the territory and the new needs in terms of linguistic integration;
» guarantee planning competence, innovativeness and (personal and professional) ability to develop the company and the services offered, also by encouraging the development of stable networks and collaborations that allow the enhancement of resources and an increasingly competitive offer of quality services;
» guarantee the continuous planning of investments aimed at improving the processes and services provided;
» ensure that processes are kept under control at all stages;
» guaranteeing the development of the skills of permanent employees and collaborators through coherent and individually dedicated training plans;
» ensure high visibility and communication of what AZB Cooperform inhabits the territory where it operates and of its history, identity and values, including the Cooperative’s Quality Policy described above and the higher objectives it intends to promote;
» guarantee the maximum transparency and consistency of the processes;
» guarantee the maximum sharing of workflows and methods to promote the greatest operational autonomy and the greatest possible gratification to permanent employees and collaborators.

To this end, each function undertakes to:
» ensure the systematic adoption of the tools made available by the Quality Management System;
» guarantee permanent training and monitoring of permanent employees and collaborators (teachers);
» make the organisation, the work phases and the flow of information efficient and effective;
» plan the respective activities by promoting communication and the exchange of technical, information and planning resources;
» contribute to improvement proposals for the part of competence;
» intervene promptly whenever a non-compliance is found.
